I've been asked to bake dairy free cakes several times for my sister as one of her Brownies is allergic. I've also made dairy free Chocolate brownies.

A friend asked for dairy/wheat/gluten free cakes. I did chocolate cup cakes and a lemon drizzle loaf at her request.

Prices .. More musings!

Soooo many people seem to make cakes round here. I need to find a way to get them to want mine not someone else's! Anywho. I priced it up and was surprised at how much in reality it costs to bake cakes. Took me a while as I suck at maths!

THEN I took the prices and decided on my cup cake prices- still mainly £1/cake here same as london. I decided to under cut the opposition.
